This menu provides some fundamental information for Tai Chi and QiGong beginners. This informationis basic for safety in Tai Chi and QiGong training, so reading this pages is a must. This will help you, our students. to sudy at home in your own time and pace.



  • Find a flat, open space, where you can have freedom of movement without bumping into anything.
  • Set aside at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour, to devote to this practice. Turn off your phones.
  • Don't practice on a full stomach. Allow time to digest before exercising.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and no shoes.
  • Don't overdo it. Rest when you feel tired.
  • Cool down gently, allow your body time to rest and restore itself after you are done.
